How do I place a rental order?

If you would like to start a rental order please email our team at hello@heritagecollectionco.com with the details of your event: 
  • Venue 
  • Event Date
  • Guest Count
  • Type of Event 
  • Items you are interested in renting 
  • Email address & phone number
  • Approximate start & end time of your event

Or Fill out the rental inquiry form under our Contact Page our website and a member of our team will reach out. 

Once we have your information, we will send you a custom quote and a contract. After you’ve approved the quote, we require a 50% deposit in order to reserve your items for your event date.

Can I use rental items for a styled shoot?

Absolutely! Please email our team at hello@heritagecollectionco.com with the details for your photoshoot. 
  • Styled Shoot Date
  • Collection, Type, Quantity of items you would like to rent 
  • Email address & phone number 

Styled Shoot items may be will-called from our warehouse.. Please note, a rental order inquiry must be submitted prior to confirming the order and a security deposit is required. The security deposit will be returned to you after the event if the inventory comes back in it’s original condition. 

Do you rent outside of Las Vegas?

We love providing rentals for events outside of Las Vegas! We personally truck our inventory. Please email our team at hello@heritagecollectionco.com to inquire with your event details and a member of our team will reach out! 

I'm interested in a few different items and would love to see how they look together. How can I do that?

We are happy to pull your selections together and send photos. If you are local and want to see these items in person, you are more than welcome to do a table mockup for you event. 

Do I need to wash rentals after use?

That won’t be necessary as we have a fabulous warehouse team who carefully wash all of our rentals according to each individual item’s unique features. However, we do ask that you remove/ wipe food from plates and liquid from glassware prior to repacking. If your order has a scullery rep included, then they will take care of that for you!
